    About Emery's Honey

Hello, I'm John Emery the co-founder and beekeeper at Emery’s Honey. I have always had a passion for nature, running a gardening business with my wife for the last 10 years, and as an extension to this, I became extremely interested in the Honey bee in the last 5 years and learning of their value in our society led me to become a beekeeper myself.

    Beekeeper

Having a young family of three daughters, I felt an immense responsibility to teach them how essential the bees are to life, pollinating 80% of our crops, without them, we simply wouldn’t have food to eat. Visiting my daughters’ school to give an insight into beekeeping was a lovely rewarding experience, children love to hear about nature.

    Our Unique Infused Honeys

We pride ourselves on being a small family run business supplying the local Norfolk cafés, delis and shops with our delicious honey.

Through experimenting with herbs and spices we have developed some wonderful, truely unique infused honeys.  The range includes cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cocoa, whisky to name but a few. We have many hives dotted around the Norfolk and Suffolk countryside, meaning the bees can forage in a diverse range of habitats, resulting in a unique flavour of honey.
